1. About SupportCrush
SupportCrush is an online directory and listing platform that helps NDIS participants discover and connect with registered and unregistered support providers. SupportCrush is a directory, not a service provider. We do not employ, engage, or contract support workers. We do not deliver NDIS supports to participants. We are not a party to any agreement between a participant and a provider.
SupportCrush is not a dating app and must not be used as one. Any misuse of the platform for personal or romantic purposes is investigated and may result in immediate suspension and, following review, permanent removal of the account.
2. Our Role & What We Do Not Do
What we do: We provide a directory where providers can list their services and participants can search for providers. We offer an in-app messaging system so participants and providers can connect. We require providers to submit compliance documents (ABN, worker screening, insurance, etc.) before their listing appears, and we monitor those documents for expiry.
What we do not do:
- We do not employ, engage, or contract support workers, and we are not the employer of any provider listed on this platform
- We do not process payments for NDIS supports, and we do not handle any NDIS funding from participant plans
- We do not set, collect, or take a percentage of the hourly rate or fees that a provider charges a participant
- We are not a party to any service agreement, contract, or arrangement between a participant and a provider
- We do not supervise, direct, or control how a provider delivers supports to a participant
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any provider listed on this platform
The support relationship is between the participant and the provider directly. Participants and providers are responsible for negotiating their own service agreements, rates, schedules, and terms. SupportCrush's only revenue is from provider subscription fees for listing on the directory.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent) to use SupportCrush. Providers must hold a valid ABN and operate lawfully as NDIS service providers. Participants must be NDIS participants or their authorised representatives.
4. Provider Accounts & Subscriptions
Participant and support coordinator accounts are always free. Paid subscriptions apply to support workers and NDIS providers who create worker profiles and are matched with participants.
Plans: Solo ($49/month, 1 profile), Provider ($129/month, up to 10 profiles), Provider Plus ($199/month, up to 50 profiles), and Enterprise (custom profile allowance, contact us for pricing). All plans participate fully in SupportCrush matching.
Trial: During the Founding Provider Offer, monthly plans start with a 2-month free trial. A payment method is required at signup. The first monthly subscription charge is taken automatically when the trial ends. After the Founding Provider Offer ends, monthly plans are charged from the first day. Annual plans are charged upfront and are not eligible for the trial.
Monthly billing: Billed monthly in AUD. During the Founding Provider Offer, eligible new monthly subscribers receive their first 2 months free. A valid payment method is required at signup. Your card is charged automatically when the free period ends unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time before the free period ends and you will not be charged. After the Founding Provider Offer ends, monthly subscriptions are charged from day one with no free period.
Annual billing: Charged upfront for 12 months of access. Annual subscribers receive 12 months for the price of 11 (one month free). During the Founding Provider Offer, annual subscribers receive 12 months for the price of 9. The Founding Provider discount applies to the first subscription year only. Annual plans renew at the standard 12-for-11 rate after the first year.
Founding Provider Offer: Eligible to providers who complete signup before 31 December 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT. Accounts created after this deadline do not receive the founding offer unless an admin manually overrides eligibility. After the deadline, monthly subscriptions are charged from day one (no free period), and annual subscribers receive the standard 12-for-11 arrangement.
Profile limits: Each plan includes a maximum number of active worker profiles (Solo: 1, Provider: 10, Provider Plus: 50). Enterprise plans have a custom, admin-defined limit. If you downgrade and have more profiles than the new plan allows, you will be asked to choose which profiles remain active. We do not delete your profiles on downgrade.
Upgrades and downgrades: You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you downgrade below your current profile count, you must deactivate profiles before the downgrade can proceed.
Verification badges are granted after manual review and are subject to ongoing subscription maintenance. Badges may be revoked if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or if you breach these terms.
5. Mandatory NDIS Compliance
All providers must submit and maintain valid compliance documentation before their profile appears in search results. This is a mandatory requirement, not an optional verification step.
Required documents vary by provider type and may include an ABN, NDIS Worker Screening Check, public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, first aid and CPR certificates, identity documents, and a signed NDIS Code of Conduct acknowledgment. Compliance documents are stored privately and securely. Access follows your app permissions.
Providers are responsible for monitoring document expiry dates and uploading renewed documents before they lapse. SupportCrush sends automated reminders approximately 90, 60 and 30 days before a document expires. If a document expires, the provider's listing is automatically suspended from search results until a renewed document is submitted and reviewed.
SupportCrush reviews submitted documents but does not independently verify their authenticity with issuing authorities. Providers remain solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of all submitted documentation. Submitting false, forged, or misleading compliance documents may result in immediate account termination and referral to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
6. Conduct
All users must treat others with respect and dignity. Harassment, coercion, discrimination, or any form of abuse is investigated. Based on the risk and the evidence available, outcomes range from a formal warning, to restricting an account's ability to message, to suspension pending review, to permanent removal. Permanent removal is evidence-based and never automatic.
We do not access private messages unless a conversation is reported for safety concerns. In those cases, authorised SupportCrush staff may review the conversation to investigate the report. This access is limited, logged, and used only to protect participant safety and community integrity.
7. Privacy
Participant personal information is protected. Providers cannot view participant full names or addresses until the participant chooses to share them. Location data is limited to suburb and radius. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Complaints & Incident Reporting
Complaints about support delivery: If you have a complaint about the quality of supports, a worker's conduct, a missed appointment, or any issue with the service you received, this is a matter between you and the provider. You should raise it directly with the provider. If the matter cannot be resolved, or if it involves a serious safety concern, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au. SupportCrush is not the service provider and cannot resolve complaints about support delivery.
Complaints about the platform: If you have a complaint about SupportCrush itself, including misleading provider profiles, fake listings, inappropriate behaviour in our chat system, billing disputes about your subscription, or how we have handled a report, please email hello@supportcrush.com.au. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Incident management and reporting: Registered NDIS providers have legal obligations to report and manage reportable incidents under the NDIS Act. These obligations sit with the provider delivering the supports, not with SupportCrush. As a directory, SupportCrush does not deliver supports and is not responsible for incident management or reporting on behalf of providers. However, if we become aware of a serious safety concern through our reporting system, we may refer the matter to the NDIS Commission and remove the provider from our directory.
Reporting on SupportCrush: You can report any provider or participant directly from their profile using the Report button. See our Safety Guidelines for more information.
9. Payments & Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in AUD. Verification of provider and worker profiles is included in your subscription at no extra charge and does not guarantee approval: incomplete, expired, unreadable or unacceptable documents must be corrected before activation. Boost fees are non-refundable. SupportCrush reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
At checkout, the billing disclosure will clearly show the amount due today, the first charge date, the ongoing price, the renewal amount and date where applicable, and cancellation information. Automatic billing is disclosed at checkout and not only in these Terms.
These fees are for listing on the directory and access to platform features only. SupportCrush does not process, hold, or transfer any payments for NDIS supports between participants and providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
SupportCrush is a directory and listing platform only. We do not employ, endorse, or take responsibility for the actions of any provider listed on this platform. We are not a party to any support arrangement between a participant and a provider, and we have no involvement in the delivery of supports.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into support arrangements. This includes checking a provider's credentials, references, insurance, and suitability before engaging them. SupportCrush facilitates compliance document submission but does not guarantee that any provider's documents are current, valid, or authentic at the time of contact.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportCrush is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from any support arrangement, service, or interaction between a participant and a provider, whether or not that arrangement was formed through this platform.
11. Regulatory Status
SupportCrush operates as an online directory. We are not a registered NDIS provider and do not deliver NDIS supports. We monitor our regulatory obligations and may update our practices in response to changes in NDIS rules and legislation. Providers using this platform remain responsible for their own NDIS registration status, compliance, and obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SupportCrush after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
